Whitco is now a proud member of the Mississippi Gulf Coast Chamber of Commerce.
The Mississippi Gulf Coast Chamber of Commerce Foundation was formed to conduct professional and leadership development, education and workforce development, and to provide scholarships to those seeking higher education. As a membership organization, it is made up of businesses throughout the Gulf South, and it strives to improve the business climate through fostering leadership, advocating for businesses, and providing information to the community.
Whitco is now a proud sponsor of Buckhead Baseball.
Aside from helping children develop their baseball skills and learn good sportsmanship, an important goal of Buckhead Baseball is to help them build strong character traits. The league is for children ages 4 to 12.
Whitco’s own James Wiley (Account Executive) grew up with Buckhead Baseball. Wiley was named the Atlanta Journal Constitutional Player of the Year, 1st Team All-Atlanta, GA Dugout All-Tournament Team, and the Atlanta Braves elected him to the 400 Club. He was also named Lovett’s Player of the Year and broke the school record for strikeouts in a season. Wiley remains close with the local baseball community and a mentor to the youth.
The Whitco team was proud to lend a helping hand, and donate gifts this Holiday. In fact Whitco donates every year, and its not just the owners, upper executives, its everyone in the company. It seems that everyone wants to participate and lend a helping hand.
We are proud to announce that we have added Erin to the Whitco team.
Erin is now our Service Sales Manager in Atlanta. Erin has been in a Service Management role since 2011. Erin will be a great asset, especially from a customer service standpoint. We want to ensure that we continue to go over and beyond our clients expectations.
